Prepare to be thrilled by the groundbreaking Amazing Zoe Bookmobile! Canada’s first-ever mobile celebration of inclusive children’s literature centred around a diverse lead character is here, and it’s on a mission to bring these inclusive stories closer to our communities.

We’re breaking barriers by taking literature to schools, birthday parties, vibrant vendor markets, and more, just in time for the holiday season. Join us in this historic venture as we spread the love for literature, amplifying diverse voices along the way. Don’t miss this exhilarating journey of discovery and unity!
We ask all participating authors to be present at this momentous event. It’s your chance to connect, network, and share the enthusiasm for your current and new readers.

Children’s authors, seize this unique opportunity as space is limited. Your journey promises increased exposure in various markets, media coverage and more. Join us for numerous event opportunities and abundant access to sell your books. Here, everyone’s a winner.
Eligibility: All children’s book authors seeking to become vendors on The Amazing Zoe Wheels of Wonder Bookmobile must be based in Canada.
Term Duration: Each vendor term is for a duration of 60 days. Vendors have the option to renew your contract at the end of the term. Should there be any delays, your term will begin as soon as we launch of which you will be notified.
Vendor Terms and Conditions for The Amazing Zoe
Wheels of Wonder Bookmobile
Monthly Fee: Please note there is a 2 month minimum commitment.
Indie Authors: The monthly fee is $475 CAD for 1 title, $650 for 2 titles, and $750 for 3 titles.
Publishers: Please contact us for pricing.
Applications are considered INCOMPLETE until your deposit (1 months rent) is paid or your term is paid in full.
Failure to submit subsequent payments on time will terminate your agreement and items will be immediately removed from the bookmobile.
Refunds: Fees are nonrefundable. Should you want to defer your term for a later time, please contact me to make arrangements. Fees are subject to change.
No Additional Fees: There are no additional fees required by vendors for the Bookmobile’s appearance at various markets or events during your term. This fee includes all vendor events for the specified 60-day term. If we have been invited to any indoor events, your books will also be made available for sale during your term (unless otherwise specified).
Additional Titles/Items: Should authors wish to add more than 3 titles please contact us for pricing.
We are not exclusive to books and do encourage diverse creatives who may have dolls or clothing for babies and small children to also showcase their brands. Contact us to learn more.

Stocking and Restocking: Vendors are asked to provide 10 copies of their title(s) to begin. You will be notified when a restock is required. Drop off for your books ALL MUST BE SCHEDULED.
The drop-off location is 600 Matheson Blvd W, Unit 5, Mississauga, ON L5R 4C1 between 10 AM-2 PM, Monday-Friday. Evening drop-offs will be at a different location (Winston Churchill and Dundas). Please email Valene at: [email protected] to arrange all drop-off times.
Lost or Stolen Items: The Amazing Zoe Wheels of Wonder Bookmobile is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
By registering as a vendor on The Amazing Zoe Wheels of Wonder Bookmobile, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. We look forward to showcasing your wonderful children’s books to young readers in the Greater Toronto Area/across Canada and fostering a love for reading and imagination!
